Work in collaboration with external construction management partners to create and maintain an environment of open communication to ensure team success.

Provide support to the Project Director / Senior Project Manager, Field Team, etc.

Create, manage, price, develop, communicate and integrate change orders.

Minimum of 5 years of relevant construction experience or an equivalent combination of technical training and experience.

Strong Architectural & Civil knowledge, with a basic concept of MEP systems.

Managing the project administration and daily operations, escalating issues as necessary

Perform budget and estimate for project including design build, construction management, cost plus and other projects not considered typical tendered projects

Produce project specific logs including change orders logs, RFI logs, shop drawing logs using project management software

Prove to have at least 5 years experience as a Project Manager in construction

Show competence with various Project Management software programs and MS Office products

Knowledge of construction terms, processes and methods

Strong project management, technical and analytical skills

Interface directly with clients, team members, contractors, and others to clearly define project requirements and expectations

Liaise with clients to understand project needs, scope requirements, and provide the client with project updates

Manage client relations at both a technical and commercial level to achieve client satisfaction and leverage further opportunities

8+ years of progressive experience executing and managing multidisciplinary industrial engineering projects, preferably in a consulting setting

Excellent communication skills (interpersonal and written) and proven ability to interact with clients and team members in a multi-disciplined environment

Experience in mechanical project management in the industrial, energy or mining sectors

Relevant experience in project management and drafting technical reports

Minimum of 3 years of experience operating offset printing presses (Must Name Presses Worked on)

Knowledge of printing press equipment and operation

Good communication skills and ability to work well in a team

Set up and operate offset printing press equipment
