Our Opportunity

We are currently seeking an experienced Project Manager with a strong background in the industrial sector to join our team, based out of our Prince George office. As the successful candidate, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and ensuring the successful execution of a variety of multi‑disciplinary industrial projects.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Manage client relations at both a technical and commercial level to achieve client satisfaction and leverage further opportunities
• Liaise with clients to understand project needs, scope requirements, and provide the client with project updates
• Collaborate with a multidiscipline project team comprised of engineers, designers, project coordinators, and others, to execute engineering projects
• Interface directly with clients, team members, contractors, and others to clearly define project requirements and expectations
• Create proposals and fee estimates
• Manage a variety of small to medium-scale projects in the industrial sector, including brownfield and greenfield projects focused in mining, oil and gas, and pulp and paper
• Proactively resolve performance, scope, and schedule issues to ensure completion of work within allotted schedules and budgets and to high quality standards

Requirements

• Strong project management, technical and analytical skills
• Technical competence and strong attention to detail
• 8+ years of progressive experience executing and managing multidisciplinary industrial engineering projects, preferably in a consulting setting
• Ability to develop, plan, and implement short and long-term goals and balance and prioritize multiple projects and priorities
• Excellent communication skills (interpersonal and written) and proven ability to interact with clients and team members in a multi-disciplined environment
