Job Description

New Value Solutions, a national IT consulting company, is seeking a Project Manager to help our client convert three acute sites, SMH, DH, and JPOCSC and 20 other non-acute community sites to use CISCO implementation.


Responsibilities:


  • Act as liaison between all project stakeholders to reach common understanding
  • Document and manage resolution of issues, mitigate risks, and obtain decisions
  • Monitor and control the project’s critical path and key activities
  • Proactively organize activities into a detailed project plan, with regular updates based on current status
  • Perform active management of the project’s budget and financials, including forecasting and reporting
  • Define and measure the success criteria with project sponsor and stakeholders
  • Present to a monthly steering committee meeting and author monthly PMO project reports to deadline
  • Provide realistically scheduled milestone chart of project activities and maintain its currency
  • Drive all aspects of detailed project planning, tracking, activity oversight and reporting
  • Track and manage the project to scope, budget and schedule baselines
  • Document lessons learned and knowledge transfer in operation transition
  • Act as a change agent to manage stakeholder expectation and solution adoption
  • Organize and chair project team meetings, including preparation of detailed minutes and assigned action items
  • Formally manage project changes, authoring Change Request documents
  • Actively oversee project team members, vendors, and deliverables
  • Manage the project based on client's Information Management Project Management Office Lifecycle and related project policies, standards, tools and templates


Requirements:


  • Experience working on large health care integration initiatives/projects
  • Solution adoption and transition to operations
  • Voice and communications systems analysis, design and migration
  • Complex project management, stakeholder engagement, process development, change management
  • Project Management designation
  • 5+ years of experience as a Project Manager
  • Experience in:
