Project Manager (4045) Jobs

New Value Solutions, a national IT consulting company, is seeking a part-time Project Manager to help our client upgrade their legacy servers. The legacy servers (2012 MS Windows Operating System) will be upgraded to 2019 MS Windows Operating System.

Responsibilities:

• Provide project leadership and coordination for the successful implementation
• Manage project risks, issues and change requests
• Work with various departments and staff, as well as, external vendors
• Provide hands-on analysis as needed to finalize the requirements
• Provide project leadership and coordination for the gathering of requirements
• Produce regular and ad hoc status reports for project stakeholders
• Facilitate the resolution of problems encountered by team members
• Conduct post implementation review and lessons learned documentation
• Establish governance model and stakeholder committee
• Assume other related duties as required
• Develop project charter
• Adhere to client's PMO project lifecycle processes

Requirements:

• Experience and skills to prepare meeting materials and take minutes
• Experience with Meditech Client Server and Meditech Expanse
• PMP certification
• Strong problem solving, analytical and interpersonal skills
• 5+ years of experience in healthcare with a particular focus on IT systems and operational support
• Preferred Qualifications:
• Strong English language oral and written communication skills
• Experience with Cardiology systems specifically ECG
• 10+ years of experience managing projects to implement clinical/business systems
• Strong communication skills & the ability to bring together diverse stakeholders to define RFP requirements
