Project Manager (4040) Jobs

New Value Solutions, a national IT consulting company, is seeking a Project Manager with implementation expertise to help our client rollout a new solution to its integrated service teams.

Responsibilities:

• Communicating and delivering presentations to internal and external stakeholders to support implementation readiness
• Assisting the project team in the collection and validation of feedback provided by both staff for presentation to the IT development team
• Reporting overall status of project, risks and issues
• Designing, implementing and executing a phased implementation rollout plan in order to facilitate a successful transition by staff
• Providing assistance as required in the preparation and delivery of training to internal and external stakeholders
• Collaborating closely with technical, training and implementation leads to ensure project remains on track and implementation risks and issues are mitigated and resolved
• Providing other direction and support as necessary in connection with the rollout of the product
• Leading the development and implementation of the change management plan
• Undertaking other ad-hoc or equivalent duties as mutually agreed

Requirements:

• Strong time management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks in parallel
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• 5+ years of experience in change management, business mapping and/or process redesign
• 7+ years of experience in project management and successful project delivery
• MS Office and Visio skills
• Independent creative problem solver with a proactive approach
• Ability to take ownership of assigned tasks, anticipate potential problems and take prompt pre-emptive actions if required
• PMP Certification
• Experience in social services and/or public sector or equivalent experience in large and complex private sector organizations
• Excellent planning, organizational and facilitation skills
• Strong experience with project management methodology
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
• Ability to create and maintain strong working relationships both with internal and external stakeholders
• Experience in large, complex CRM systems implementations
• Strong leadership skills
• Change Management qualification is an asset
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills and ability to articulate technical concepts in a manner tailored to the intended audience
