Project Manager (4050) Jobs

New Value Solutions, a national IT consulting company, is seeking a Project Manager to provide our client with project management and implementation assistance to fulfill the project role for End User Devices (EUD). This will include overseeing / monitoring the delivery and implementation of end use devices.

Responsibilities:

• Establish and improve processes, templates, approach, communication and issue resolution
• Provide leadership to EUD team
• Lead the design/verification of EUD solutions
• Create, maintain and monitor budget and cost center allocation
• Perform building design review and compliance tasks with Design Builder
• Develop and maintain standard project management deliverables (e.g., project charter, project plan, risk/issues log)
• Lead and coordinate the deployment to all departments in scope including device testing and configuration
• Lead End user engagement and requirements gathering to finalize EUD bill of materials
• Support application testing and clinical transition activities
• Provide support and issue resolution along with production turn over
• Plan and procure the devices

Requirements:

• Experienced in team leadership
• Ability to take lead in an ambiguous, changing/reactionary priorities environment
• Effective communication skills, and ability to interact with internal and external partners
• Able to efficiently prioritize and structure clear and unclear workloads
• Demonstrated management experience in planning for, or implementing, informatics solutions in health care clinical operation settings
• Open to rolling up your sleeves, applying subject matter understanding and project management expertise, to dive into the details to uncover optimal solutions to application design, implementation and hand-over sustain problems
• Subject matter understanding and project management experience in end use devices
• 5+ years of experience working on large scale IM/IT infrastructure projects in a project management role in the healthcare industry
• Experienced in end user interaction including requirement elicitation, analysis, and solution design
• Basic Computer setup and networking knowledge

Preferred Qualifications:

• Formal project management training or certification
• Experience working with healthcare users
• Experience working on redevelopment projects in healthcare
• Experience working on Design-Build construction projects
