Project Manager (4017) Jobs

New Value Solutions, a national IT consulting company, is seeking a Project Manager to help our client align and integrate a patient portal with existing developments.

Responsibilities:

• Build team and structure to successfully deploy solution
• Reporting includes weekly status reporting, weekly project planning updates, and ad hoc reporting
• Integrate governance for this project with existing governance structures to ensure exceptional representation and alignment, integrating into provincial structures
• Follow procurement processes to find the best portal solution
• Deliver: Requirements documentation, user interface mock-ups and integration plans
• Deliver: Scope document, assessment report, project plan
• Finalize Requirements and Integration:
• Take existing requirements, validate them and ensure there is fulsome representation
• Solution Selection:
• Risk, issue, dependency management to ensure the critical path of the implementation is followed and milestones stay on track
• Enable and drive for appropriate engagement in the solution selection
• Assessment and Planning:
• Define portal features for technical integration
• Assess patient engagement needs and existing tech
• Define scope, objectives, and success criteria
• Implement solution following best possible practices
• 4. Deliver solution:
• Leadership, Coordination, management, and reporting on all aspects of the project/implementation

Requirements:

• Comprehensive project records management
• Experience setting up operational processes, transition to operations and project turnover processes is an asset
• 5+ years of experience in project management
• Experience with senior and executive level audiences
• User adoption strategy expertise
• Ensured compliance with privacy regulations
• Effective risk identification and mitigation
• Strong facilitation, collaboration and leadership skills
• Oncology care and engagement experience is preferred
• Experience with Healthcare IT Implementations is preferred
• Successful integration of healthcare systems
• PMP or equivalent is preferred
• Clear project impact assessment
