Responsibilities
LMA: Lead, Manage and Accountability of the Team
- Holding all employees on team Accountable to their accountabilities
- Lead and Reinforce company Core Values and Culture
- Teach and hold team accountable to Core Processes
- Lead and hold team accountable to all Safety and Quality systems
- Ensure that technicians are trained and competent in our service line offerings
- Develop & Protect Our People
- Lead Supervisors to Develop Strong Supervision capability
Clients & Revenue
- Collaborate with Sales and Marketing on identifying and targeting key customers to align with Company Business Plan (VTO).
- Maintain and grow regional customer and employee NPS satisfaction scores
Financial Performance
- Manage project forecasting to ensure monthly revenue assumptions are accurate and predictable
- Regional P&L Accountability to Business Plan
- Maintain the business model of all service lines (Target, Quoted, Actual Margins, Craft Productivity)
- Maximize margin on all projects and analyze with team members any projects that do not meet expected margins and implement corrective actions.
Technical Support
- Collaborate with Asset Manager to ensure company assets are tracked, maintained and in a state of readiness to deploy
- Be the SME and initial go to for technical presentations and responses to customer inquiries.
- Protect Assets

Salary: $120,000.00-$130,000.00 per year
