About This Team
The Global Omni function is a key part of the overall Global Digital, OMNI & Guest Support team. This team will work to create a uniquely lululemon, truly differentiated and elevated guest and educator experience globally, working closely with partners in Technology, UX and Operations.
a day in the life: what you’ll do

• Facilitate Annual Budgeting Process in partnership with PMO
• In partnership with Portfolio Management Office (PMO), develop and implement a governance model to ensure oversight and standardization of all Global Omni initiatives / projects
• Partner with functional leadership to identify & track portfolio objectives, goals & measures of success
• Partner with technology partners to develop & manage budgets and plans for the portfolio
• Own relationship with Procurement and track & monitor procurement activity for portfolio
• Intake work within the portfolio & work with the leaders to determine how to move forward
• Facilitate prioritization process and coordinate all in-flight and upcoming Initiatives, Themes, Epics and Stories within Global Omni
• Input and facilitate the creation and dissemination of the business strategy for the Global OMNI profile (in partnership with VP, Global Omni and sub-functional leaders)
• Communicate program/portfolio status and partner with leaders to make decisions across the portfolio area if applicable
• Provide people leadership and mentorship to all program management employees within the portfolio’s functional area (Global Omni)
• Collate and report status of Global Omni in-flight workstreams and upcoming Initiatives, Themes, Epics and Stories – identify areas of (potential) misalignment and risk across functional areas based on defined governance model

Qualifications

• 7+ years of demonstrated people and team leadership
• Experience in retail operations and or other relevant field in bringing retail strategies to life across channels
• 10+ years of relative experience, preferably in a vertically integrated, global, specialty retail environment
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in business operations or related field or equivalent experience in similar field/industry and Project Management certification or equivalent experience (Agile preferred)
• Experience working with systems and/or with technical teams seen as an asset

Compensation And Benefits Package
For Washington Applicants: lululemon’s compensation offerings are rooted in a pay-for-performance philosophy that recognizes exceptional individual and team performance. The typical hiring range for this position in Washington is from $180,100 – $236,400 annually; the base pay offered is based on market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and internal equity. As part of our competitive Total Rewards offering, permanent employees in this position may be eligible for our competitive annual bonus offering and equity offerings, subject to program eligibility requirements.
