Director, Marketing Jobs

Shack Shine is looking for a Director, Marketing t o join our growing team! As the leader of the Marketing department you will be a key member of the leadership team, driving our organization’s growth by helping small business owners define their marketing strategy, plans and investments.

For this role’s duty and responsibility we anticipate that you will be in the office up to 25% of the time.
A Day in the Life

• Ensure a clear understanding of our brand standards, holding franchise owners' accountable to our brand integrity.
• Lead a team of marketing professionals, responsible for positively affecting franchise owner marketing spend to drive profitable revenue.
• Lead the content and creative strategy to develop relevant assets for franchise owners
• Own the Marketing department strategy as a key lever in achieving our broader business strategy and goals
• Develop, manage and nurture strong franchise owner relationships and have the ability to influence them to adopt new programs and initiatives
• Lead the digital marketing strategy development and team to optimize & maintain marketing programs and franchise owner performance
• Participate as a key member of the Shack Shine leadership team to define, develop and execute our strategic plan
• Guide franchise owner investment in media tactics, in conjunction with the marketing team and agency partners

What You Bring To The Table

• Budget management experience
• General marketing experience in a consumer brand organization
• Experience working with 3rd party vendors and agencies
• Mass media experience would be an asset (radio, TV, direct mail)
• Experence leading digital marketing (SEM, SEO, social media, etc.)
• Multi unit, franchise or service brand experience an asset
