Demonstrated experience with Project and Portfolio Management (PPM) systems, such as Planisware, Accolade, and similar software applications.

Streamline the planning, communication, execution, and performance management of R&D portfolio, including value creation, operation efficiency, etc.

Lead the implementation and improvement of the R&D portfolio management process.

Ensure R&D portfolio investment process compliance with portfolio governance required by the company's finance and technology development policies.

You’re a good communicator, with strong project management skills

Champion change management for the FP team, with a specific focus on larger automation projects (>3M$).

Facilitate regular interaction between the team, suppliers to ensure effective tracking and management of projects.

Strategically manage the global Finished Product process portfolio, aligning it with other processes, regional leads, and company objectives.

Identify staffing and contracting gaps and work with regional process managers to develop immediate and long-term strategies.

You have Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Engineering or in a relevant experience

Interact with internal stakeholders (i.e., risk, tax, legal, finance) to support deals and ongoing portfolio management.

Apply sound investment and credit-specific knowledge and experience to build and analyze complex financial models.

Excellent quantitative, analytical, financial modelling, problem-solving and researching skills with strong attention to detail.

Conduct research and analysis on a broad range of topics to support investment decision-making across various credit asset classes.

Contribute to ad-hoc projects as required to further develop and expand the Global Credit strategy and platform.

Support asset monitoring throughout the investment lifecycle.

Practical experience in a supply chain, material inventory or business-related field

University level Bachelor's degree required

Proven ability to problem-solve and present solutions independently

Analytical, critical thinker and process driven

Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite applications

Must be legally eligible to work in Canada

Provide people leadership and mentorship to all program management employees within the portfolio’s functional area (Global Omni)

Partner with technology partners to develop & manage budgets and plans for the portfolio

10+ years of relative experience, preferably in a vertically integrated, global, specialty retail environment

Experience working with systems and/or with technical teams seen as an asset

Experience in retail operations and or other relevant field in bringing retail strategies to life across channels
