We threw away the play book and went about designing and implementing new technology, innovating processes and bringing new benefits to our customers. This is just the beginning as we expand our offering and implement future technologies across our operations.

We are part of O-I, who with 25,000 + employees and an unparalleled footprint spanning 70 plants in 20 countries, provides us with the opportunity to make an impact on a global scale.

By bringing objective decision-making and consensus building, you will help shape our global finished product portfolio, aligning it with company objectives and other processes. • Identify staffing and contracting gaps and work with regional process managers to develop immediate and long-term strategies.
  • Assess and monitor the health and value of the portfolio, identifying areas for improvement and optimization.
  • Actively engage in the global engineering council to drive cross-process and regional collaboration and ensure successful execution of the technology portfolio.
  • Coordinate efficient, disciplined, and structured communication across multiple initiatives and projects with stakeholders.
  • Champion change management for the FP team, with a specific focus on larger automation projects (>3M$).
  • Lead projects within the Finished Product portfolio assigned based on the needs of the FP team, often involving cross-functional collaboration with other departments (e.g., tag application, remote connections).
  • Identify cross-project dependencies and foster collaboration with other process departments within Global Technology.
  • Make objective decisions and facilitate consensus based on strategic priority, technical viability, and resource availability.
  • Develop and apply key performance indicators (KPIs) and analytical approaches to meet and enhance objectives.
