Project Portfolio Performance Analyst Jobs

Extensive knowledge in performance management, demonstrated good communication, organizational skills and exceptional data visualization skills.

Undergraduate degree in Engineering, Finance or Project Management

Experience in working with SharePoint environment (including Lists), database management and other IT applications for project information integration and reporting.

Lead on the project controls analysis and the implementation of Business intelligence data management and reporting systems

Coordinate the risk management routine, including:

Monthly update and monitoring of the RMP (Risk Management Plan), including the mitigation plans, safeguards and progress indicators.

You’re a good communicator, with strong project management skills

Champion change management for the FP team, with a specific focus on larger automation projects (>3M$).

Facilitate regular interaction between the team, suppliers to ensure effective tracking and management of projects.

Strategically manage the global Finished Product process portfolio, aligning it with other processes, regional leads, and company objectives.

Identify staffing and contracting gaps and work with regional process managers to develop immediate and long-term strategies.

You have Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Engineering or in a relevant experience

Having the appropriate project management certification is a big asset.

Knowledge of project management concepts and lifecycle

Experience in process design and management

Synthesize and document high-level scope and requirements.

Facilitate high-level design and solutioning, including options, for meeting business requirements / objectives.

Manage intake commitments, status tracking and SLAs.

Support business development and technical services groups in analysis of portfolios and technical requirements based on scope of services

Working closely with dispatch to assign skilled technicians to work orders

Knowledge of the workings on grid tied power generation assets
