In this role, you will work closely with members of the Product and Development teams to build world-class user experiences on our enterprise employee engagement platform.
We're looking for a collaborative, innovative leader to guide our platform Product Managers in consolidating our flagship products into a unified platform and contribute to defining the Product strategy.
Responsibilities:
- Hire, coach and support your Product team, ensuring their feature cycles include: The customer’s voice, User experience, Drivers of growth, Measures of success, Internal team collaboration and communication.
- Define and measure key product & customer metrics, regularly track product performance, and make data-driven decisions to optimize product success.
- Assist with product release communications, internal & external, by working with Sales and Customer Enablement teams to ensure the organization is prepared to market, sell, deliver and support all new product capabilities.
- Represent Achievers as a domain and product ambassador at customer meetings, industry and corporate events and online in our Product Advisory Council (PAC) forum.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and potential gaps in the market.
- Collaborate with your team to drive the creation of data products that leverage the vast amounts of data generated by our platform, transforming it into valuable and actionable insights for our customers.
- Foster a culture of innovation within the team and encourage Product Managers to continually innovate on a mature product by exploring new features, functionality enhancements, and user experience improvements to drive customer satisfaction and maintain market leadership.
- Meet with major enterprise customers to understand their requirements and challenges and represent their voice to internal teams.
- Work with PMs to create and drive the in-year strategy and product plan for your domains to support the overall Achievers Experience Platform mission, strategy and business objectives for market competitiveness and growth.
- Work with your Product team to identify, specify, and prioritize features and capabilities through direct collaboration with customers, internal teams, developers and architects, and your domain knowledge.
Requirements:
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire others.
- Demonstrated ability to think strategically, make tough decisions, and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience using or building commercial business applications targeted at enterprise users with consumer-like interfaces
- Experience with data infrastructure, and data management tools, to effectively manage and utilize data assets in product decision-making and development is a plus.
- Expertise in an agile development and rapid prototyping environment, with hands-on experience in delivering value through small rapid increments.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a data-driven mindset.
- Demonstrate the ability to innovate on a mature product by identifying new opportunities, exploring enhancements, and driving continuous improvement to ensure the product remains competitive and meets evolving customer needs.
- 2+ years of managing a team of Product Managers, preferably in a SaaS environment.
- Customer focused mindset, with the ability to conduct user interviews and research and make informed decisions backed by data and metrics
- 6+ years of experience in Product Management
