Portfolio Evolution Project Manager Jobs

5+ year combined Project Management (for a project involving IT preferably delivering projects with a strong technological component).

PMP, PMI or other certification in use of specific methodologies such as Lean Six Sigma, Agile (CSM), etc. preferred.

Experience in delivering Merger & Acquisition Projects.

Bachelor’s degree required, preferred in Engineering, Technology, analytics or related fields.

Bilingual English and French required.

Exposure to latest technological trends as it relates to the IT digital landscape is a plus.

High degree of proficiency and experience in Project Management concepts (Waterfall, Iterative, Incremental and Agile methodologies)

People Management/Leadership and coaching/mentorship experience is a major asset

Agile, Scrum Master, Business Process Improvement, ITIL or Change Management Certification is a major asset

Strong time management, analytical and problem-solving skills

Effectively manage financials/budget and navigate financial processes to ensure approval of funding and disciplined cost management

Post-secondary education (diploma/degree) preferably in computer science, business, finance, or comparable discipline

You’re a good communicator, with strong project management skills

Champion change management for the FP team, with a specific focus on larger automation projects (>3M$).

Facilitate regular interaction between the team, suppliers to ensure effective tracking and management of projects.

Strategically manage the global Finished Product process portfolio, aligning it with other processes, regional leads, and company objectives.

Identify staffing and contracting gaps and work with regional process managers to develop immediate and long-term strategies.

You have Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Engineering or in a relevant experience

Having the appropriate project management certification is a big asset.

Knowledge of project management concepts and lifecycle

Experience in process design and management

Synthesize and document high-level scope and requirements.

Facilitate high-level design and solutioning, including options, for meeting business requirements / objectives.

Manage intake commitments, status tracking and SLAs.

10+ years of hands on Project Management Experience (working on medium to-high complexity initiatives).

Must have hands on experience in Portfolio Management and should handle Project Co-Ordination, Reporting, Decks, Minutes, Plans etc.

Experience working in a dependent multi-agile team environment.
