Summary

The Director -Healthcare, Canada - is responsible for sourcing, screening, evaluating all HCP resumes located within varied locations of social media campaigns, direct referral, job fairs. Finding HCP with interest in the opportunity of the US and Green card. Quickly screening education qualifications and ensure the experience and quality of the candidate matches the VSHC and Employer requirements. Presenting the VSHC program on a very high level and presenting the to the Talent Relations team for interview and dig deep interviews. Working with the Director of Recruitment, closely to ensure focused recruitment efforts within your area of the world.

Responsibilities:

• Enter each HCP via CRM (HubSpot) for full transparency of HCP engagement.
• Provide daily and weekly updates of successes and challenges to the Director of Recruitment.
• Review and confirm each have no blemishes on their current licenses and are licensed in the country they are working
• Expedite, submitting candidates thru our CRM to push your recruits to the internal interview process
• Focus on Specialties that are amongst our open job orders
• Provide the program details for direct placement to clients throughout the US, but never give specific client information
• Evaluating, education to match the client and immigration requirements
• Building name recognition of our company and program
• Confirm current work experience, clients require current work experience within the specialty they are currently working in – confirm the potential applicant understands that
• Sourcing from all areas of social media, networking or direct referrals, job fairs or trade shows
• Locating interested HCP’s that want the opportunity to come to the US

Requirements:

• Abide by VSH policies and Code of Conduct and all applicable laws and regulations
• Ability to meet deadlines
• Customer Service Centric, Public relations ability, interpersonal skills & professional
• BA/BS Preferred.
• Self-Starter
• Time management skills
• Demonstrate leadership
• Utilize strong interpersonal communication skills to place qualify candidates and communicate with teammates and supervisors effectively.
• Ability to excel in a fast-paced, team environment
• +2 years of prior experience in the related area of Healthcare Recruitment
• A background check and references may be required prior to employment
• Position requires outstanding business knowledge, outstanding communication skills as well as superior customer skills.
• Organized with attention to detail
