Business Manager - Strategy and Delivery Centre of Excellence

What is the opportunity?

Business Aligned Services is the face of Technology Infrastructure (TI) for our lines of Business.

Opportunity to join a dynamic and talented business office, comprising of diverse skillsets and experience. The role will enable strong relationships to be forged across TI and Business lines alike. The successful applicant will become a trusted adviser to senior leaders and shape strategic priorities of TI, business and technology partners.

What will you do?

• Provide oversight and strategy to BAS Delivery Centre of Excellence, including ownership of TI Investment Review Board
• Oversee resource planning and enable value realization – ensure CWM bench is sufficient to resource pipeline of demand
• Leadership of global, high profile initiatives and special programs
• Become trusted advisor to Organization Head and Platform Infrastructure Heads by driving strategies, guiding priorities, and optimizing operations
• Optimize Business Office procedures and processes, including providing strong governance & controls and delivering multi-platform communications and materials; drive Enterprise-wide outcome
• Drive workflow automation and streamline process to provide insightful, single source of truth for TI and Business infrastructure demand
