Assistant Event Planner Jobs

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle intricate tasks prior to events such as venue arrangement, and set-up.
• Report to the head of event planning to share progress, brainstorm ideas, and request support.
• Work with volunteers to ensure there is a seamless flow during the event.
• Help with the development and creativity of future events (event theme, venue layout).

Qualifications:

• Ability to communicate effectively amongst various teams towards a set goal.
• Has volunteered in a previously organized event.
• Can work independently in order to complete tasks without requiring extensive instructions.
• Can handle various detailed tasks within a tight time frame.
