Ritchie Bros. is growing our Financial Operations Team in Burnaby, BC, and we have an immediate need to hire Accounting Specialist’s.

To begin, we typically hire people on contract, and once a Full Time opening arises, we convert to Permanent. We have a 95% conversion ratio for our contract employees to full time permanent.

Financial Operations Accounting Specialist :

General responsibilities will include but not limited to:

• Issuing and applying payments.
• Entering recoverable expenses.
• Following up and obtaining clarification on discrepancies in approvals and amounts.
• Assisting site in collection efforts.
• Running lien searches.
• Performing reconciliations.
• Reviewing and processing invoices and purchase orders.
• Reviewing contractual agreements.

As an Financial Operations Accounting Specialist in our Customer Financial Operations Team, you will support the following teams:

• Collections
• Lien Search
• Accounts Receivable
• Lien Review
• Accounts Payable
