Job Description

XBASE Electrical has an opening for a part time accounting associate to assist with the day to day financial requirements of the business. The ideal candidate has great interpersonal skills, strong attention to detail, and previous experience. Approximately 16 hours per week with a flexible schedule. No evenings or weekend work.


Job Duties:

QuickBooks

Excel / Word

Weekly payroll and related remittances

Issue ROEs, T4s, T5s, T5018

Preparing financial statements

Prepare government and other remittances

Accounts Receivable

Accounts Payable

Preparation of bank deposits

General ledger entries

Monthly reporting

Month-end and year-end close processes

Filing

Full cycle accounting duties as required

Administrative duties as required
