Preferred- Industrial Electrician with at least 2 years’ experience as a Journeyman Electrician.

Basic e-mail knowledge. Proficient with Microsoft office is preferred.

We are looking for an Experienced Electrician or dual ticket for our Langley facility!

[433A and 442A] with Canadian experience for our Langley, BC Plant

Measures, cuts, bends, threads, assembles and installs electrical conduit.

Splices wires by stripping insulation from terminal leads, twisting or soldering wires together and applying tape or terminal caps.

Proven experience in all aspects of Human Resource Management, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, leadership development and training.

15+ years of progressive human resource experience including prior experience as an HR and people manager.

Occupational Health and Safety certification and previous experience leading an OH&S program is an asset.

Lead total compensation strategy, development of benefit programs and salary ranges.

Manage headoffice and showroom headcount, HR budget and reporting.

Review and analyze data to identify trends and recommend solutions to business challenges, improve performance, retention, and employee experience.

Post secondary education in Human Resources Management

Minimum 2 years experience across several HR disciplines.

Knowledge of applicable employment law and Human Rights in Canada

Ensure compliance with legislative requirements and recommend solutions to protect the client and their employees.

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

Proven experience as an HR Consultant or in a similar HR advisory role.
