In this role, you will grow the executive search practice by maximizing existing personal networks as well as developing new client relationships that drive and sustain business to gain market share, while delivering an exceptional client experience. How you will impact the business:
  • Participate, search for, and potentially leading activities that help to position our firm for future growth
  • Creatively think of innovative ways to continually improve and expand search and research methodologies, through networking in industry, technology, external resources, relationships, and organizational mapping.
  • Full cycle delivery including front line leadership with clients and candidate relationship management to be known as the go-to for their career decisions and as a search specialist.
  • Plan and execute effective candidate identification strategies for each engagement by attracting talent and supporting the assessment, facilitation, and selection of top talent while providing an excellent experiencefor all candidates and clients.
  • Actively guide and engage candidates through the progression of each project, in a manner consistent with our values which demand that every candidate be treated with respect and courtesy.
  • Prepare client presentation documents, maintain accurate and up to date internal project documentation, and ensure that every project is led as efficiently and effectively as possible.
Responsibilities
Key Accountabilities
  • Create strategies to develop new client relationships and achieve annual personal revenue target
  • Build a clientele who recognize you as a trusted business advisor
  • Manage overall project execution including research, telephone screening, conducting interviews and references, drafting rigorous client reports, and high-touch client and candidate communication
  • Utilize a consultative approach to help build awareness of Optimum Talent’s full suite of talent management services and position the firm for growth
  • Leverage your experience across a variety of projects to develop comprehensive solutions that exceed our clients’ expectations
First Year Deliverables / Measures of Success
Success in the first year will be determined by the candidate’s ability to:
  • Articulate and a sell full suite of Optimum Talent services including Executive Search & Recruitment Solutions, Leadership, Assessment, & Development, and Career Transition & Outplacement
  • Build strategic client relationships that are positioned for long-term partnership with the firm
  • Achieve or exceed annual revenue targets
Qualifications
The successful candidate will have the following:
Education:
  • A University degree or College diploma in a related discipline
Experience:
  • Experienced in managing the sales and delivery of client projects
  • Experience writing and winning competitive formal bids and proposals
  • Proven experience in driving revenue for a division or a department
  • Superior verbal and written communication skills
  • A demonstrated track record in building partnerships, stakeholder consultation, client management and business development
