Continuously evaluate the TA technology landscape, understanding offerings and developing practical applications that will improve the overall TA operation and experience

Lead change management efforts for key stakeholders and customers of the TA organization

Develop and manage key metrics to measure effectiveness of our talent strategies and initiatives

Experience of contract management in a public sector environment

Government Commercial Function Contract Management Foundation level qualification

Call off contract management – set up and ongoing management of call off contracts under these panels.

Active contract management of contract(s) that are key to support your organisation or its service to its clients

A CV setting out your career history, with key responsibilities, achievements and experience.

Experience and knowledge in facilitating best practices talent management strategies required.

A post-secondary education in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field required.

In-depth knowledge of legislation and regulation governing human resource management in Manitoba preferred.

A minimum of 6-8 years in Human Resources, or an equivalent combination of education and experience required.

An acceptable equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.

The qualifications and experience we’re looking for:

Minimum 7 years of experience in Talent Management in mining or related sector

Experience in administering a performance management program, including delivering program training

Experience facilitating a succession management program

Develop the Alamos Gold talent management strategy and roadmap

Develop key talent metrics to evaluate the effectiveness and return on investment (“ROI”) of talent management program

Experience working in centralized recruiting function

A demonstrated track record in building partnerships, stakeholder consultation, client management and business development

Leverage your experience across a variety of projects to develop comprehensive solutions that exceed our clients’ expectations

Experienced in managing the sales and delivery of client projects

Proven experience in driving revenue for a division or a department

Superior verbal and written communication skills

Experience writing and winning competitive formal bids and proposals

Act as the team SME and customer interface for talent and learning SuccessFactors modules (including the LMS, Performance Management, Succession Planning);

Collaborate and effectively communicate across business units to obtain required data and track progress and results of talent management initiatives;

8+ years’ experience in Talent Management, Leadership Development, or related HR field.

Collaborate with HRIS team to ensure automation of Talent Management programs, processes, and reporting, where possible

Facilitate training for people managers to reinforce the importance of employee development.

Learning – knowledge and application of adult learning concepts and principles when designing training and development programs.

Strong communication skills – written, verbal and presentation/facilitation. Ability to clearly and concisely articulate ideas and concepts.

Experienced with implementing organizational initiatives, you can manage multiple initiatives and daily responsibilities.

Experience with Performance Management systems such as Hologen is considered an asset.

Education or equivalent work experience in Human Resources, Industrial/Organizational Development Psychology, Adult Learning, or Leadership and Learning or related field.

Proven track record of "hands-on" program management for large-scale, complex programs, processes and change initiatives

Working closely with the VP of People & Culture, lead and manage Board activities supporting ESA's compensation programs.

Strong project & program management skills.

5+ years’ experience in Talent Management, Leadership Development, or related HR field.
