Warehouse Manager - Calgary

Red Bull Distribution Company (RBCD) is looking for a Warehouse Manager to assist the RBCD management with warehouse operations which includes inventory management, fleet management, warehouse management, and day-to-day operations geared towards operational excellence.

All the responsibilities we'll trust you with:

EXECUTION

Receiving deliveries and ensure the proper warehouse rotation of product; Assist the Operations Manager with daily inventory to ensure accurate counting and tracking inventory on trucks and in the warehouse; Vital fluids and condition of fleet is properly inspected and reported on a weekly basis; Assist with the scheduling and delivery of fleet vehicles for routine maintenance; Secondary contact for warehouse access and security; Oversees day to day Operational activities in the Operations Manager’s absence; Inspect cleanliness and overall condition of the warehouse; Ensure daily loading process complies with RBCD’s policies and standards; Assist in the confirmation of truck loads as requested by the Account Sales Managers; Assist in properly cleaning, repackaging and introducing repackaged product back into circulation within RBCD’s standards; Assist in the disposal of damage/out-of-date product; Other duties as assigned RBCD leadership;

Physical Requirements

Employee is regularly required to use hands to finger, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms; and talk or hear; Employee frequently is required to walk and sit; Employee is occasionally required to stand and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl; Employee must regularly lift and/or move up to 25 pounds as needed; Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus; Exposed to moving mechanical parts and outside weather conditions; Noise level in the work environment is usually moderate; Forklift operations;

• Current driver’s license with clean driving record
• Prior Warehouse Experience
• Must be at least 19 years old
• Proficient with Microsoft Office 365
• Knowledge of the beverage market or CPG Experience experienced preferred

• Excellent Organizational skills
