As a Warehouse Manager, Your Responsibilities Include

• Ensure respect of key performance indicators.
• Manage the total movement, both inbound and outbound of products within the D.C.
• Control stock movement and accuracy, receiving, put-away, stock location of supplier shipments, on-time deliveries, etc. in accordance with our policies and procedures.
• Ensure solid communications with all personnel, suppliers & customers.
• Participate in various committees, negotiate occasionally with freight carriers, and participate in the decision-making process.
• Support a team of 4 Warehouse Supervisors.
• Prepare reports, budgets;
• Ensure accurate and measurable processes and foster continuous improvements at the DC.
• Ensure maintenance of warehouse equipment (i.e. lift trucks, etc.)
• Manage health and safety at the DC.

Under the hood

To Join Our Team, You Need

• At least 10 years of experience in distribution, 5 in a management role;
• Community College degree and/ or University degree in a related field;
• Solid computer skills;
• Team player with demonstrated communication skills.
• Solid organizational skills and control of procedures;
