Sales Coordinator (Calgary) (2023-2263)

You are

• Detail-oriented with strong analytical, organizational and sales skills
• A strong communicator and a solutions-based problem solver
• A customer-centric, energetic, resourceful, and results-oriented individual who thrives on accepting new challenges
• Knowledgeable of real estate, specifically the residential construction industry

You will

• Schedule and attend customer appointments; track, log and maintain a current database of customer care issues
• Be available for evening and weekend work
• Provide timely and consistent follow up to reinforce relationships
• Be the main point of contact for homeowners through the build and ownership experience
• Continually engage and reinforce existing valuable relationships with Realtor partners
• Ensure prospecting notes and purchaser information is up-to-date, clear and aligned with Anthem's sales process
• Liaise with all internal departments, including Sales, Operations, Construction and Warranty with regarding to the sales process, construction details and timelines
• Understand the local residential building market, the overall industry and home building operations, to address homeowner questions and concerns
• Be accountable for proactively educating homeowners, setting expectations, and delivering timely, engaging communications
•  Follow the Anthem sales process, proactively convert leads and provide great service
• Create meaningful engagement with all leads

You have

• A deep appreciation for strong relationships and the ability to generate trust quickly
• Great people skills
• Understand the local market and our competitors
• 2+ years of sales experience
• Experience working within Lasso, Hubspot and Avesdo
• Have strong organizational skills
• A rolodex of realtors who are eager to promote/support/sell current and future Anthem projects
