To lead this ambitious growth trajectory, they’re seeking an accomplished and visionary President/ COO who will oversee the functioning of an independent business entity with full profit and loss responsibility.


The President/ COO will play a pivotal role in driving revenue by actively collaborating with brokerages to identify valuable services and establish mutually beneficial contractual agreements. Additionally, the President/ COO will be responsible for continuously innovating and developing new services and capabilities to drive profitability. Ensuring client satisfaction and nurturing long-term business relationships through referrals from brokers and clients will also be a primary focus.


An essential aspect of the role involves strategically managing and growing a talent base, empowering professionals to enhance their service offerings, upselling potential, and overall capabilities. This entails recruiting, onboarding, training, and motivating new talent to efficiently cater to existing and prospective brokerages.


To foster unrivaled customer satisfaction, the President/ COO will proactively conduct strategic reviews for each client, ensuring seamless implementation of comprehensive service plans.


Efficiency and effectiveness optimization are vital to their success. Therefore, the President/ COO will closely monitor key performance metrics, ensuring service quality, speed, and resource efficiency consistently meet and exceed established targets. Moreover, compliance with all regulatory requirements and adherence to high-quality standards will be meticulously maintained.


Effectively managing and nurturing strong relationships with insurance carriers and financial institutions is a critical responsibility. The President/ COO will actively collaborate with carriers to review and optimize solutions and products, guaranteeing the best possible outcomes for our esteemed customers. Identifying, investigating, and cultivating new options for insurance products and financing support will further elevate our commitment to delivering best-in-class services. Additionally, seamless coordination with Managing General Agents (MGAs) will be integral to identifying opportunities and addressing market challenges, while effectively resolving any carrier-related issues.


The ideal candidate for this executive-level position must possess a proven record of accomplishment in managing and growing large teams of professionals, complemented by a successful history of profit and loss management. Thriving in an entrepreneurial environment, the candidate should be eager to implement new ideas and continuously pursue improvement. Exceptional leadership and communication skills are essential to inspire and motivate teams effectively.


Additionally, in-depth knowledge of the life insurance industry, underwriting practices, and sales concepts would be adventageous. The candidate should demonstrate strong financial acumen and the ability to develop revenue-driving strategies. Prior experience in building and maintaining successful customer relationships, coupled with a comprehensive understanding of compliance and quality standards in the insurance sector, is critical for success in this role. Effective collaboration with multiple stakeholders, including brokerages, carriers, and financial institutions, will be a defining attribute of the ideal candidate.
