Experience growing and scaling high-growth startups (10-100 people) is essential to success.

What you’ll do:

• Manage facilities and key stakeholders to support growing operations.
• Own development and execution of strategic plans for operations, facilities, and logistics.
• Design, build and implement systems, processes and tools that enable effective company growth.
• Lead cross-functional teams, foster collaboration and communication to deliver measurable results.
• Implement performance metrics for continuous optimization.
• Collaborate with finance and manage budgets effectively.
• Align operational strategies with the company’s vision and goals.
• Collaborate, mentor and develop executive management.
• Support and enable compliance with regulations, industry standards and best practices.

Requirements:

• Strong experience in operations, logistics and project management.
• Excellent leadership and team management abilities.
• Track record of driving measurable results and operational outcomes.
• Strong analytical and financial management skills.
• Passion for innovation and problem solving from first principles.
• Knowledge of aerospace & aviation regulations, and industry standards.
• Demonstrable success scaling operations in high-growth startups.
