Job Description

Role: Unica Developer

Structure: Contract - 6 months

Location: Remote in Canada, options to go into office in Toronto if interested

Pay: $50.00 - $55.00 p/h inc.

Hours: Monday - Friday (business hours)


We have a new open requirement for a Unica Developer working on projects for a Financial Services client.


Required Skills and Experience:

  • Maintaining and updating the marketing automation environment, ensuring that it is optimized for performance and reliability.
  • Participating in code reviews, software testing, and documentation efforts.
  • Collaborating with marketing, IT, and business stakeholders to ensure that the marketing automation solutions meet their requirements.
  • Designing and developing complex workflows and campaigns using IBM/HCL Unica software, including email, SMS, web, and mobile channels.
  • Staying current with the latest trends and best practices in marketing automation and incorporating new technologies and techniques as needed.
  • Understanding the requirements of marketing campaigns and creating technical specifications for the implementation of marketing automation solutions.
  • Troubleshooting technical issues and providing technical support to end-users.
