This is a Technical Project Coordinator position responsible for actively working with our global delivery teams in Canada, and India. We are looking to hire someone who has experience leading cutting-edge digital (web, mobile, IoT). Based in Toronto with offices in the U.S., and India we work with clients around the planet. Project Management
- Monitor and report on project progress internally and externally to ensure deliverables, budgets and timelines are met.
- Manage time efficiently to coordinate and execute project components, for multiple projects at a time in a deadline-driven, fast paced environment.
- Respond to shifts in project scope and effectively manage client expectations.
- Communicating plans, actions, risks, and issues with key stakeholders
- Work with Project Managers to create project plans and monitor timelines.
- Assisting Management with execution of administrative functions and processes
- Complete internal documentation processes to ensure accurate resource planning and financial reporting.
- Ongoing follow up and task management.
- Address and escalate risks where needed.
- Provide superior service that delights our customers.
Team Management
- Ensure constant contact with teams.
- Liaise with internal teams and external contractors to ensure activities are on track.
- Manage timesheets.
Quoting and Project Assignment
- Establish team capacity and assign projects accordingly.
- Support the quoting process to provide a fast and timely response to the Sales teams.
Desired Skills and Experiences
- Strong aptitude for technology and ability/desire to learn new software.
- Proven working experience in project management.
- 2-3 years in admin project management related role
- Attention to detail.
- A bachelor's degree in management or business/project management related diploma with equivalent experience
- Excellent time management, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills
- Ability to work in a team environment as well as independently.
- Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
