Join our dynamic team as a Technical Project Manager! We're looking for an experienced professional with a strong background in managing software development projects. You'll be the conductor of our orchestra, guiding cross-functional teams including developers, designers, and QA testers to deliver high-quality, timely solutions that meet business objectives.

Responsibilities

• Strive to increase customer satisfaction and deepen stakeholder relationships, driving necessary process improvements.
• Drive Agile/Scrum practices as a servant-leader for your teams, facilitating daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
• Anticipate and proactively manage project risks, accommodate changes in project scope, and develop effective contingency plans.
• Maintain transparent communication, and keep stakeholders and senior management informed about the project's progress.
• Use your solid understanding of software development to navigate project challenges, provide technical guidance, and ensure alignment with technical best practices.
• Contribute to team members' professional development, mentoring, and coaching on project management best practices.
• Collaborate with senior management and stakeholders to define the project scope, goals, and deliverables. Ensure the project vision aligns with business objectives.
• Oversee project budgets, conduct financial forecasts, and prepare detailed cost reports.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of project management experience in a software development environment.
• Certification in Project Management (PMP) or Agile Scrum (CSM) is highly desirable.
• Posess a high degree of professional integrity and ethical responsibility.
• Proven ability to manage project budgets and resources effectively.
• Demonstrated leadership and team management skills, with a knack for inspiring and motivating teams.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, demonstrating excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Proficiency in project management software tools, preferably JIRA or similar.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a capacity to quickly adapt to change.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.

Technical Skills

• Proficiency with communication tools like Slack, Microsoft Teams, or Confluence.
• Proficiency with data analysis and visualization tools like Excel, Google Sheets, Tableau, or Power BI.
• Experience with automated testing frameworks and tools for quality assurance.
• Understanding of programming languages such as JavaScript, PHP, Java, or Python, with practical knowledge of databases (SQL or NoSQL) and database design principles.
• Experience with cloud computing platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
• Familiarity with containerization technologies like Docker and orchestration tools like Kubernetes.
• Knowledge of DevOps practices and CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, Travis CI, or GitLab CI/CD.
• Experience with version control systems like Git, enabling effective oversight of the software development lifecycle.
• Familiarity with project/task management tools like Jira, Asana, or Trello.
