What you will do:
- Manage each assigned project through each stage of the development process, from planning and implementation to deployment
- Create alignment across design activities by developing and documenting standardized processes and sharing best practices. Ensure that the product teams are adhering to the processes and standards being set
- Foster and grow our process as we continue to evolve across the Product Design and User Research organization. Develop systems to share design assets and templates. Optimize workflows to improve efficiency and product quality
- Measure project performance; report project status regularly to project clarity and transparency to a broad group of stakeholders at all levels of the organization
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders, including Design (UX), Engineering, and Product Management to plan, implement, prioritize and track concurrent projects, varying in size/scope/complexity, spanning across multiple teams, geographies and organizations
What we are looking for:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required
- Experience leading large-scale software programs and aligning efforts across organizations in a globally distributed workforce
- Ability to communicate and build relationships across a diverse set of stakeholders at different levels of the organization
- Proactive, self-motivated and flexible, able to navigate through ambiguity and lead the team to their goal
- Possess an understanding of how design, research, and engineering work and their role within the team. Familiar with user-centered design practices, design tools and software development methods
- Fluent in English with excellent oral and written skills
