You will be...

Given direct responsibility for critical phases of the M&A process with direct client contact

Preparing and structuring investment memoranda

Researching and contributing to the positioning of our M&A mandates

Evaluating key drivers in our core sectors, and preparing industry/ sector analyses

Making meaningful contributions to the team with your personality and your professional knowledge

We will...

We look for...

An undergraduate degree from a top university, often with a focus in finance, accounting or a similar quantitative discipline. A relevant financial credential (CPA/ CFA) is also beneficial

1-3 years of relevant experience in investment banking/ transaction services/ strategy consulting/ public accounting

Standout analytical, conceptual and communication skills, paired with a very high attention to detail

Strong ability in Excel and PowerPoint. Some financial modelling experience would be beneficial, but not required

A self-starter invested in building a new office, capable of independently producing high quality work on short time-lines

Someone who brings their ‘whole self’ to work - we like to think of ourselves as “corporate finance with a personality”

This pivotal hire will be a key part of our Canadian growth plans and is anticipated to start around November 1st, 2023. This role is primarily in-person.
