In the same spirit, Anywr is currently recruiting a Project Manager (M/F) for one of our clients, a recognized game development that pushing the boundaries of possibility, focus on producing AAA game and collaborating with many big studios around the world, located in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.

Roles and responsibilities:
- Participate in the development and follow up of hiring and/or transition plans for team members
- Take ownership of specific development areas to coordinate and track schedules, identify risks, and troubleshoot problems.
- Mitigate and highlight risks.
- Coach direct contributors and provide feedback on their performance.
- Support the team in capacity planning, scheduling, risk management, milestone planning, and retrospectives.
- Drive progress and improve the game throughout development.
- Mobilize the team by reporting team morale and maintaining a productive work environment.
- Identify key employees and promising talents on the team.
- Develop and implement mandates with collaborating studios or teams.
- Participate in the development of the organizational structure of the project.
- Assess the performance of direct contributors and participate in the evaluation process.
- Assist the producer in kicking off new projects and act as the owner of assigned areas’ deliverables.
Profile
- Experienced from 4 years in production management
- Familiarity with modern production methodologies such as Scrum.
- Flexible and adaptable to change.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Strong leadership and team-building skills.
- Expertise in game development tools
- Autonomous and proactive work ethic.
