Responsibilities:

• Develop and track requests for information
• Compare scopes with base contracts
• Constant communication with Site Supervisor and Project Manager in a professional and timely manner
• Manpower coordination and site safety
• Contact suppliers, track costs, prepare purchase orders.
• Assist with Shop drawings and submittals

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience as a Project Coordinator working within the Ontario Building Code
• Post-secondary education in Architectural Technology or similar
• Must have experience using AutoCAD and Revit
