SUPPLEMENT YOUR INCOME AS A CASUAL LEAD GENERATOR WORKING FOR PEOPLEFIND


You may not be aware that this opportunity exists within the Recruiting Industry. However, it does, and all you need to do to participate is contact PeopleFind and learn how easily this can be done from your desk at home. Of course, you need to be comfortable with the process, and we will provide you everything you need to get started. This is not an exercise in cold calling; it is more an opportunity for you to leverage your network of contacts and/or knowledge of job availability in the employment marketplace and generate some cash.


You may be working in a professional or management role, be retired or be a job seeker and you may have a network of contacts and employment information that can help you generate extra income. How you might ask? Please read on for the answer.


The mechanics are simple. If you know someone who has hiring authority or who knows someone who does, and your introduction of PeopleFind leads to PeopleFind and the organization you introduce us to sign an agreement for PeopleFind to supply staff (one or several people) and, as a result, a placement is made, that is, someone is hired, you will earn a very significant commission on the first placement(s) and ongoing placements earned from this organization. This annuity on future placements will continue as long as you are connected with PeopleFind.


Your task is to connect PeopleFind with employers who have open positions that they want to fill, and where they have some challenges using existing methods to find and hire the candidates needed to fill these positions, or, to do so on a timely basis. You do this by creating a connection for PeopleFind with people in the employer’s firm who have a mandate to hire. You will be given strategic support, methodology, and the collateral material you need to open the employer’s door, that is, to generate a connection that enables a discussion to occur on a recruiting need between our President or one of our Recruiting Partners and an employee in a firm with authority to engage a PeopleFind to assist them in their search for management and staff. This authority will include CEO's, Vice Presidents, Directors, Department Heads and Human Resources Directors and Managers. PeopleFind will negotiate the business agreement with the employer, and, for any job order we fill, now, or in the future with a firm where you facilitated the connection, you will earn a share of our commission on all the job orders / placements that derive from this connection. You are, in fact, earning an annuity (an ongoing flow of revenue) beyond your initial effort should repeat recruiting opportunities result from the connection you facilitated between the employer and PeopleFind. You need do nothing more.


As an example, if PeopleFind secures an opportunity through you, and the person then placed is hired on the basis of $100,000 of salary per annum, and if the commission earned by PeopleFind is $15,000, you will earn $3,000 (20% of the commission) or more depending on the hiring arrangement. Not only do you earn a share of commission based on the first placement, further commissions on placements with the employer you helped source will be credited to you (10% of commission). As an example, if the next placement generates $10,000 in commission, you will be credited $1,000 for that placement without having done any further work. Please note again that these numbers are provided as an example only. Commissions and fees normally vary.

WHAT PERSONAL ATTRIBUTES DO YOU NEED TO SUCCEED?


Confidence and the conviction to succeed are paramount;


Fluency in English. Fluency in French is beneficial if your network is within Quebec or other provinces where French is spoken.


Ability to understand the recruiting and employment industry will be helpful. However, we can show you what you need to know.


Willingness to reach out to employers via your network.
