Specialty Insurance Associate Jobs

We are seeking a Specialty Insurance Associate to join our Benefit Solutions team in Mississauga.
Full-time – Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 4:30pm
The Specialty Insurance Associate supports the administrative requirements in the servicing of specialty insurance and non-insured products by delivering superior service and support for clients and internal partners.
The Specialty Insurance Associate will:

• Resolve escalation issues as required
• Perform defined policy administration tasks including producing monthly remittance reports to the insurance and service providers
• Broader work or accountabilities may be assigned as needed
• Prepare and review documentation according to guidelines and best practices
• Respond to information requests and follows established protocols
• Answer inquiries and provides accurate information about insurance products
• Support the business development of specialty insurance and non-insured products
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to deliver on business objectives
• Process administrative requests according to established procedures and policies and submits as required for approval
• Assist in analyzing data and information to help provide insights and recommendations
• Assist in vendor communication and relationship management

To be successful as a Specialty Insurance Associate with BPA, you will need:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• To be willing to obtain your LLQP
• Completion of post-secondary education
• A high level of attention to detail
• The ability to work in cross-functional teams
• The ability to work under pressure balancing multiple tasks and meeting strict deadlines
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite

All-star candidates will have:

• 2+ years of insurance industry experience
• LLQP
