Grow and develop Hybrid IT Solutions and Services that include a mix of Data Center, Networking, Public Cloud, Professional Services, and/or Managed Services

Strong understanding of Hybrid IT, Hybrid cloud and multi-cloud models, integrating solutions across Azure, AWS and Google and Managed Services.

5+ years pharmaceutical brand management, Rare Disease or Oncology experience preferred.

People management experience within a field based or head office role.

Provide leadership to the Integrated Brand Teams and support Field Operations Director with KAM Team management.

Maintain necessary skills and competencies to meet customer needs and achieve commercial objectives in an ethical manner.

Develop campaigns and manage necessary documentation and operations.

Manage the omnichannel project portfolio and budget.

Manage external agency partners to optimize the delivery of promotional tactics, programs and materials

Manage social media accounts and posts related to the specialty portfolio

In collaboration with PSP Manager designs and execute advisory boards to gain market insights and feedback from key stakeholders

Lead the planning, design and organization of conferences, speaker symposia and educational meetings

Periodically meets with top opinion leaders and establishes good rapport with them

Assist with planning and implementation of quantitative and qualitative market research initiatives to develop market understanding and competitive activity

Demonstrated knowledge of sound people management practices.

Excellent organization and time management skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Work with Specialty Teams Manager and Specialty Teams to improve and develop Project Management Office standards on an ongoing basis.

1-3 years experience supporting Project Managers in the delivery of projects.

Working knowledge and experience of MS Project software would be an asset.
