Attention all cheese connoisseurs! We're seeking a Specialty Grocery Team Leader with a passion for all things cheesy (and other specialty products too!). As the captain of our specialty team, you'll lead the charge in championing quality, scratch cooking, theatre, service, and love. But that's not all - you'll also be responsible for everything from buying and inventory management to regulatory compliance and special projects. No biggie, right?

Of course, you won't be doing this alone. You'll be leading a team of associate team leads, supervisors, and team members to ensure we're delivering the highest customer service standards, executing retail flawlessly, and maintaining exceptional team morale.

Now, let's talk cheese. As our resident cheese expert, you'll oversee the production, quality, and distribution of our specialty cheese products. You'll work closely with your team to develop and implement production plans and schedules, train and mentor team members on specialty production techniques, and ensure all products meet quality standards (including taste, texture, and appearance). You'll also be on the lookout for opportunities to improve our production processes and reduce waste.

Of course, you'll also be responsible for all the usual retail management duties like monitoring sales, controlling costs, managing inventory, and ensuring compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. But hey, we know you can handle it.
