Job Description
On behalf of our client in Calgary Alberta, Procom is looking for a Part-Time Project Coordinator. This Position will be 2 to 3 hours a day. Hours can be completed any time of day; however, the successful candidate will be expected to be available at 9am daily to run scrum.


Agile Project Coordinator Job Details


Our client has a dynamic and innovative team that specializes in data-driven projects using the latest DevOps practices. The Data Team plays a critical role in delivering high-quality solutions and insights to internal clients. We are currently seeking a highly motivated and skilled Agile Project Coordinator to join the team on a part time basis to run the daily morning scrum at 9 am look at the tasks and prioritize them and then using DevOps run reports and report key metrics to the Lead. This Position will be 2 to 3 hours a day. Hours can be completed any time of day, however, the successful candidate will be expected to be available at 9am daily to run scrum.


Agile Project Coordinator Must Have Skills:


  • Strong understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, etc.) and experience in leading agile ceremonies.
  • Certification in Agile methodologies (e.g., Certified ScrumMaster)
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills to facilitate collaboration and stakeholder engagement.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to address project challenges effectively.
  • Proven experience 3 years+ as an Project Coordinator or similar role within a data-focused team.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills with a keen eye for detail.
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or equivalent).
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Familiarity with DevOps practices and their role in supporting data projects.
