Position: Administrative Coordinator (Casual, Part-Time)
- Basic researching, reconciling, summarizing, tracking, reviewing and updating information from a variety of sources.
- Other related duties as required.
- Provide or obtain information from a variety of external and internal contacts which may include basic research, review and resolving of problems within the scope of the job.
- Analyze and compare data from a variety of sources.
- Prepare reports, tables or special studies, and maintenance and retrieval of records.
- Provide training on particular functions.
- Accurate with numbers, proficient in spelling and grammar.
- Previous administrative experience.
- Knowledge of a variety of software applications with the ability to obtain advanced skill levels on specific systems as required by the workgroup will be desirable. Knowledge/experience with Microsoft Office 365 applications (ie. Outlook, Word, Excel, Sharepoint, etc. ) is preferred but not required.
- Grade 12 Diploma or General Equivalency Diploma (GED).
- Must have strong record keeping, documentation and organizational skills.
- Must be able to work under minimal supervision.
- Good oral and written communication skills, learning ability, initiative, mature judgment and responsible work habits.
- Ability to keyboard accurately at a proficient speed.
- Must be able to deal effectively and courteously with internal and external customers.
