Administrative Professionals - Full-Time Hours – Temporary Position

Allied Universal is currently hiring Administrative Professionals for one of our industrial sites located 20 minutes north of Fort Saskatchewan.

• Hourly Rate - $20.56
• Temporary Work Term for 6-10 Weeks
• Full-Time Hours: 10 Hour Shifts – Days (0600-1600) and Nights (1600-0200) – 4 On and 4 Off Rotation.

Duties include, but are not limited to:

• Additional administrative duties as required.
• Ensure safety and emergency procedures are followed.
• Follow the process for new workers on site and create site access ID badges.
• Follow radio and emergency telephone procedures.
• Use of communications devices such as radios and cell phones.
• Data entry as required.

Requirements:

• Possess strong attention to detail.
• Be at least 18 years of age with high school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be legally able to work in Canada
• Possess effective written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills with ability to deal with all levels of personnel and the public in a professional and effective manner.
• Intermediate computer skills to utilize innovative, wireless technology at client specific sites.
• Must be flexible and able to work days, afternoons, and nights. Training schedule is strictly day shifts.
• Ability to handle crisis situations at the client site, calmly and efficiently.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle to commute to site.
• As a condition of employment, employee must successfully complete a background check and Drug and Alcohol Testing.
• Ability to write comprehensive reports and logs as per the site procedures.
