Job Description

We are looking for a passionate Guest Experience Manager to grow our leadership team. As a Guest Experience Manager, you’re committed to being your best self and working with integrity as you learn how to operate multimillion-dollar restaurants. Our ideal candidate has a commitment to teamwork and a desire to learn and grow.



As a Guest Experience Manager, you will:

  • Demonstrate your passion for the guest experience. Display your love for food and drink through exceptional menu and product knowledge.
  • Train employees on delivery of irresistible food and drink, while engaging in authentic conversation.
  • Exemplify exceptional leadership skills. Using our core values, you take a stand for yourself, your career, and the way you lead.
  • Be a problem solver and a supportive team player. Tackle problems by using your multi-tasking and communication skills, and be empowered to make decisions for you and your team members.
  • Consistently coach others. Support employees with potential issues and resolutions in order to ensure the highest profitability and smoothest operation.


What we need from you:

  • The ability to legally work in Canada.
  • A passion and commitment to hospitality, teamwork, and fun.
  • A willingness to learn and an openness to feedback, coaching, and mentorship.
  • 2 years of restaurant experience, with 1 year in a leadership-focused role.
  • A commitment to fostering a supportive and engaging experience for your team members and guests.
