A leading Insurance company is looking to hire a Senior Trainer for a 4 month contract in a 100% remote capacity. The position has a potential for extension.

Your New Role

• We are seeking a skilled and experienced Senior Trainer to join our team on a 4-month contract basis. The Senior Trainer will play a key role in our global deployment of Microsoft Teams, facilitating training sessions, providing guidance and support on the effective use of Microsoft Teams, answering user questions, and creating comprehensive documentation. The ideal candidate should have in-depth knowledge of Microsoft Teams and possess excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Conduct training sessions on Microsoft Teams, both in-person and virtually, to educate employees on its features, functionality, and best practices.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify training needs, design training programs, and deliver targeted training sessions.
• Evaluate training effectiveness, gather feedback, and make necessary adjustments to continuously improve the training programs.
• Respond to user inquiries, and provide timely and effective solutions related to Microsoft Teams.
• Assist with the development and maintenance of training materials, user guides, and documentation.
• Assist users in navigating Microsoft Teams and provide guidance on how to utilize its features to enhance collaboration, communication, and productivity.

What you need to succeed

• Proven experience in delivering training sessions, preferably in a corporate setting.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively convey complex concepts and instructions.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills to address user inquiries and help troubleshoot issues.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
• Relevant certifications or training in Microsoft Teams or related technologies is a plus
• In-depth knowledge and expertise in using Microsoft Teams for collaboration and communication.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively with individuals at all levels of the organization.
