Senior Training Lead Jobs

Provide strategic oversight and project management acumen in the development and implementation of product and sales skills curriculum development and management.

Deliver training via remote technology (ZOOM, TEAMS, etc.) as well as live classroom modalities for a capable hybrid-learning experience.

Familiarity with Account Management & Contracting principles is a plus.

The primary responsibilities of the Senior Manager, Biosimilars Sales Training:

Offer NA Sales Enhancement training support across business units when needed and become familiar with other Biocon Biologics sales teams portfolio.

Provide classroom, in-field and distance learning curriculum to sales representatives, managers and strategic partners.

· Conducting Training Needs Assessment(s)

· Developing the Training Strategy and Plan (training approach, schedule, resources, etc.)?

· Defining and developing the training program and curriculum ?(courses, learning objectives, etc.)?

· Determining/confirming training delivery methods and supports (systems, materials, resources)?

· Supporting training logistics (a training coordinator, if required)?

· Overseeing and participating in training course development activities?

Developing the Training Strategy and Plan (training approach, schedule, resources, etc.)

Defining and developing the training program and curriculum ?(courses, learning objectives, etc.)

Determining/confirming training delivery methods and supports (systems, materials, resources)

Supporting training logistics (a training coordinator, if required)

Overseeing and participating in training course development activities

Supporting trainer preparation, including for train-the-trainer

Knowledge and experience in Learning Management Systems

Change management experience an asset.

Excellent time management skills, ability to manage multiple projects.

Create and facilitate advanced workshops (e.g., O365, document management and in-house developed platforms)

Solid analytical, planning, negotiating, interpersonal skills and a high level of empathy are essential requirements.

Collect and analyze feedback from training sessions and user experiences with a continuous improvement mindset.

Project Management and change management certification would be considered an asset.

Strong understanding of clinical information/data and how these are managed, used, and operationalized within the clinical information system to create knowledge.

Demonstrated knowledge and skills in the implementation of evidence-based practice in a clinical setting.

Broad knowledge of the applicable standards of practice and guidelines for clinical practitioners.

Demonstrates strategic, creative, and strong analytical and organizational skills.

Demonstrated knowledge of Lean or related process improvement principles.

5+ years of experience as Trainer

Experience with Public Safety equipment systems such as Public Safety Radio Network (e.g. 911, Police, Fire, Ambulance, etc.)

Experience creating and managing training project plan/schedules and delivering training material to both technical and non-technical users

Public Sector Experience (Nice to have)

Experience and Skill Set Requirements

·Knowledge and experience in delivering training on specified packages and platforms

·5+ years of experience as Trainer, preferably in Public Sector or Contact Centre

·Experience delivering training material to both technical and non-technical users.

· Experience creating training material or user documentation, preferably in OPS or Healthcare sector

·Experience creating and managing training project plan/schedules

You have experience training employees in the insurance industry

A minimum of 5 years' Personal Lines insurance experience along with a minimum Level 1 license (CAIB designation strongly preferred)

Superior communication skills, both written and verbal

Preference for those with experience developing and delivering training content

Experience with SIG-XP and/or TBW broker software is an asset but not required

Experience in Microsoft suite of products including Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook, SharePoint, OneNote, Forms, and Planner

Criteria 1 - Training Management, Leadership, Development and Delivery Experience 30 points

Extensive experience in the use of project management software

·Ensure effective utilization of the LRC project management methods, tools and documentation

·Perform ongoing issue and risk management to minimize project impacts

Experience and skills in creating and maintaining plans and coordinating project tasks

Excellent verbal and written communication skills with proven experience in training communication

Knowledge and experience with graphic design principles and software. Expert use of Microsoft Office Suite, Good graphic design skills

Extensive experience in the use of project management software

Must have demonstrated experience in creating customized online training materials and above average skills in graphic design

Must have knowledge of adult education principles/practices (e.g. development strategies / methods, testing, and evaluation)
