As Operations Coordinator, you will help the team with offer management, receipt processing and dealing with escalated Collector inquiries. The Ops Coordinator will work with a variety of internal systems to setup and manage offers. Additionally, they will be responsible for quality control of our systems, checking receipts to ensure that we are issuing our points program properly and tracking our performance over time. In addition to their core responsibilities, the Coordinator will have the opportunity to contribute and implement process improvement ideas that will have a real world impact on the Collector experience.
Role Responsibilities:
• Setup and manage Partner offers as part of the Receipts team. Ensure all offers are setup to specification and refreshes happen on time.
• Document and track the launch and expiry of offers. Provide visibility to the team on the status of offers week over week.
• Audit and analyze receipt processing. Deal with escalations from our front line team to ensure a top tier Collector experience. Suggest feedback for how systems and processes can be improved to help prevent future errors.
• Help improve our data models by sourcing example receipts to learn from
• Perform regular spot checks on different aspects of receipt processing to measure performance and root out potential fraud
• Help the Receipts team improve the Program and deliver more value to Collectors
Must Have Skills:
Post-secondary diploma/ degree
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong attention to details
Fast learner and extremely tech savvy
Comfortable around data and has strong analytical skills
Critical thinking and problem solving skills
Microsoft Office (Outlook, Teams, Excel and Power Point)
Nice to Have Skills:
Experience with receipt scanning Apps (Checkout 51, Caddle, etc.)
Bilingual (French and English)/ Full working proficiency
