Training and Learning Management Approach:

Specifically, the Training Manager will be responsible for the following activities:

Other related duties and tasks that may be assigned.

Provide strategic oversight and project management acumen in the development and implementation of product and sales skills curriculum development and management.

Deliver training via remote technology (ZOOM, TEAMS, etc.) as well as live classroom modalities for a capable hybrid-learning experience.

Familiarity with Account Management & Contracting principles is a plus.

The primary responsibilities of the Senior Manager, Biosimilars Sales Training:

Offer NA Sales Enhancement training support across business units when needed and become familiar with other Biocon Biologics sales teams portfolio.

Provide classroom, in-field and distance learning curriculum to sales representatives, managers and strategic partners.

Developing the Training Strategy and Plan (training approach, schedule, resources, etc.)

Defining and developing the training program and curriculum ?(courses, learning objectives, etc.)

Determining/confirming training delivery methods and supports (systems, materials, resources)

Supporting training logistics (a training coordinator, if required)

Overseeing and participating in training course development activities

Supporting trainer preparation, including for train-the-trainer

Knowledge and experience in Learning Management Systems

Change management experience an asset.

Excellent time management skills, ability to manage multiple projects.

Create and facilitate advanced workshops (e.g., O365, document management and in-house developed platforms)

Solid analytical, planning, negotiating, interpersonal skills and a high level of empathy are essential requirements.

Collect and analyze feedback from training sessions and user experiences with a continuous improvement mindset.

Practical experience with communication and change management, and/or training

Experience with Public Safety equipment systems such as Public Safety Radio Network (e.g. 911, Police, Fire, Ambulance, etc.)

Experience creating and managing training project plan/schedules and delivering training material to both technical and non-technical users

Public Sector Experience (Nice to have)

Source or design, develop and execute training programs that effectively support ongoing technical skills development requirements and Aircraft Maintenance Organization compliance

Source or design, develop and execute development programs to increase supervisory/management effectiveness and workplace advancement

University degree in Education, or a related field, Adult Education Certificate, or equivalent related experience.

Understanding of organizational change dynamics and the role of training and development to support success in change management situations

Establish beneficial relationships with external training and development partners and educational institutions

Experience with a full range of training methodologies; facilitator led, computer based training, and web based training

Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.

In-depth knowledge and expertise in using Microsoft Teams for collaboration and communication.

Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively convey complex concepts and instructions.

Proven experience in delivering training sessions, preferably in a corporate setting.

Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively with individuals at all levels of the organization.

Strong problem-solving and analytical skills to address user inquiries and help troubleshoot issues.

Experience and Skill Set Requirements

·Knowledge and experience in delivering training on specified packages and platforms

·5+ years of experience as Trainer, preferably in Public Sector or Contact Centre

·Experience delivering training material to both technical and non-technical users.

· Experience creating training material or user documentation, preferably in OPS or Healthcare sector

·Experience creating and managing training project plan/schedules

Manage course support logistics of conducting training in the mobile/field environment

Continuously improve facilitation skills to ensure the delivery, quality and effectiveness of all training courses meet or exceed VinFast standards

Assist in the development of courses to ensure compliance and suitability to Canadian requirements and regulations

Support the development and operation of the Technician Certification and Recognition Program

Manage the curriculum design, development, and delivery of training initiatives, including planning and development of training modules, instructional guides, and aids

Support with other related responsibilities as assigned

Excellent judgement and objectivity supported by strong analytical, problem solving skills and case management skills.

Excellent organizational, administrative and time management skills.

Prepare compliance data reports and trend analysis for the purpose of risk management and prevention.

Skills and experience you bring:

A JD/LL.B. and experience in human rights law are definite assets

Extensive interviewing, investigative and research skills, report writing and presentation skills.

Criteria 1 - Training Management, Leadership, Development and Delivery Experience 30 points

Extensive experience in the use of project management software

·Ensure effective utilization of the LRC project management methods, tools and documentation

·Perform ongoing issue and risk management to minimize project impacts

Experience and skills in creating and maintaining plans and coordinating project tasks

Excellent verbal and written communication skills with proven experience in training communication
