Senior Project Manager (Application)

Project Manager Who Will

 * Coordinate project activities (meetings, follow-ups, agendas,

etc.);

 * Implement the tools required for effective monitoring of project

activities (templates, registers);

 * Coordinate ongoing and future project activities;

 * Keep track of various project logs (risks, decision points, changes

and outstanding items);

 * Prepare an overall plan for all projects under the responsibility

of the Program Manager (Gantt...).

The mandate requires flexibility, adaptability to a changing

environment and autonomy.

Job Sumary

Planning for Project X is expected to be presented in the fall of

2023, and projects should start as soon as the necessary approvals

have been obtained.

The Project Manager will be assigned to various activities in order to

assist the Program Manager, thereby freeing the latter from certain

administrative and reporting tasks.

Job Responsibilities

 * Coordination

 * Budget management

 * Capacity management

 * Detailed planning of delivery plan

 * Follow-up of deliverables

 * Reporting to various committees

 * Participation in the development of monitoring mechanisms required

for sound program management

 * Follow-up on outstanding issues with stakeholders

 * Preparation of templates to be used for effective monitoring

 * Preparation of project registers (risks, follow-up of decision

points, change requests and outstanding items)

 * Drafting of meeting minutes

 * Planning meetings with stakeholders

Job Requirements

 * A minimum 10 years of experience in a project manager role on the

application side

 * Have already participated in large-scale programs

 * Hold a university degree in business (BAC, MBA, PMP…)]

 * Significant experience in Agile project management – SAFe

(priority)

 * Knowledge of project management methodologies

 * Knowledge of PMBOK

 * Experienced resource in account reissue.
