MUFG Investor Services IT team is looking for a talented and experienced Application Support Analyst who will be responsible for supporting and developing banking applications such as Flexcube, OBDX, FX All and MFX in addition to integrated banking products.

Successful applicant should have experience in working with banking solutions for Financial and Fund Administration Institutions. This person will be responsible for the delivery of internal operations and support, he/she will interact with the external vendors, and be part of an internal team managing a portfolio of in-house/vendor applications. The candidate will play a crucial role of linking the business teams and the IT solutions group.

You Will

• Development and enhancement of the platforms to increase automation and expand the utilization of features,
• Support Project Managers in ongoing initiatives related to the Core Banking Solutions,
• Examinations and Audits - Respond to requirement from regulators and auditors to provide appropriate support for information requests.
• Internal co-ordination between distinct internal IT functions and groups to ensure high quality service delivery and total ownership of issues to complete resolution,
• Document IT user procedures around IT Change Management & business user procedures while effectively supporting user training,
• Provide Level 2 Incident & Problem Management support by working with vendors &/or Internal support teams to resolve technical and user issues during product migration and BAU,
• Coordinate with vendor and/or Support teams for various technical deliverables including Customization Deliveries, Patchsets, fixes,
• Play a key role as part of a global support team covering the IT Core banking applications (Flexcube, OBDX, FX All and MFX),

Qualifications

You Have:

• Exposure and understanding of Oracle DB, Oracle SQL, PL/SQL, Java experience,
• Experience in creating test scripts and methodologies, as well as implementing and executing test scripts,
• Advanced business process and business analysis knowledge as well as financial and business acumen skills,
• Strong working knowledge of System Development Lifecycle and standard software development methodologies including ITIL standards,
• 4+ years in a team responsible for providing analytical, technical support and administration of business banking applications,
• Exposure and understanding of Application/Database infrastructure setup and management.
• Excellent technical writing/documentation and problem solving skills,

Preferred

• Experience with the rollout of new platform releases, engaging business users.
• An understanding of banking environment in order to bridge business requirements and IT solutions.
• ITIL certification.
