Microsoft Teams Application Support Analyst

This is a 6 months contract located in Toronto, ON/ WFH

A new temporary role is available within the EI PCT Collaboration Ops team as part of the Global deployment of Microsoft Teams.

Job description and responsibilities:

Assist the Support team as a technical resource for global deployment of Microsoft Teams

Great communication, analytical and collaboration skills. Take the lead and have the ability to prioritize workload.

Experience of the following: Microsoft Teams, Microsoft SharePoint, Microsoft OneDrive

Experience with the deployment of Microsoft Teams desirable

Accurately document all work performed through ticketing system including details and outcomes

Ensure that root causes and permanent solutions are documented

Monitoring multiple intakes channels for Microsoft Teams end user support

Share your knowledge with teammates and guide them in the resolution of complex technical problems

The ideal candidate for this position should be able to diagnose and resolve problems quickly, communicate effectively and work closely with client to ensure clients’ needs at met. Candidates should have significant experience troubleshooting with hands-on expertise specific to troubleshooting Microsoft Teams.
